Delete Your Data
Effective October 2, 2026
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.
How to ask
Email team@lbdfoodhub.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us the name and mobile number you used, and, if you messaged us on Facebook, your Facebook name. You can also send the same request to our Facebook Page by Messenger.
We may ask you to confirm it is really you before we delete anything.
What we delete
Your account, your saved addresses, your chat messages (in the shop and on Facebook Messenger), and the link between your Facebook chat and your orders. We also delete your Facebook Page-scoped ID, name and profile photo from our systems.
What we may keep
Order, payment and invoice records that the law or our accounting requires us to keep. We remove the details that identify you where we can, and delete them when the retention period ends.
How long it takes
We act on your request within 30 days and email you when it is done.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you may also ask to see, correct or restrict the data we hold, or complain to the National Privacy Commission. Read our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
